I want to preface this by saying I didn’t leave a great review prior and it came off much worse... I want to preface this by saying I didn’t leave a great review prior and it came off much worse than what I wanted. So I’m writing this to let people know what is going on. I had an appt today with Dr. Shatkin to look at my teeth that were put in. Unfortunately my gums started shrinking quite drastically so you can see the screws a bit. Which happens sometimes. (Not on them what so ever) so he took an X-ray (360 xray machine that plays classical music as its rotating around you) then was seated in a dental chair, which I was then offered the massage setting on the dental chair! She also offered a blanket and made the usual stressful experience (going to any dentist gives me such bad anxiety) absolutely stress free and calming. After talking with Dr shatkin he decided we fix them. So I’m rescheduled. I will keep updating as I go but everyone today was really nice and kind and helpful. They knew I was going through a lot and their kindness meant the world to me. Also if anyone at the office knows how I can get rid of my previous review please let me know. I thought I put it on google but I can’t find it. Thank you

I've been a patient of Dr Todd Shatkin for several years and have always found the staff to be friendly, professional and attentive. Since having dental work at this practice, my dental cleaning visits are performed here by Tammy. She is truly the best!! Tammy is extremely thorough, gentle, great personality. She does a stellar job!!

I am so thankful for his knowledge, experience and hard work! If you are from out of town no worries! He is very accommodating for his patients, I live four hours away, I was able to do a virtual consultation over the phone and less than two weeks after had the surgery! Dr. Shatkin is with you every step of the way from help with financing, surgery, appointments, questions or concerns to your beautiful smile! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Dr. Shatkin's staff is amazing, So kind and comforting! I will FOREVER be so greatful and thankful for Dr. Shatkin!! He is changing lives!!! If you need help he is one phone call away! I just left SHATKIN First dental this morning after having my teeth cleaned by Tammy, A dental hygienist. It was such a great experience, and my smile is so bright and so clear and I feel just great!! I also would note that I overheard one of the receptionist assisting an elderly gentleman who is going to have a complete transplant plant and he was treated with such kindness that it really made my heart warm. I am posting this because I want to say thank you in a very big way to the people who were there this morning during my visit.

Dr. Jared Shatkin, had taken care of a broken front tooth when I opened a carton with my teeth. Even switched treatments because it was more advantageous for me. I had a problem with one of the crowns being loose today. Dr. Royce gently took off the crown and took it to the lab and restored its lustre. It’s back in and I feel great. The Marvelous Brionna assisted. Thank you, truly for taking care of me. Please try the services here. It is a family and I feel like a member❤️
