Pure Environments by Shatkin FIRST, Inc. is producing NIOSH-approved N95 respirators for one reason — to keep our community and its families safe and healthy!
Dr. Samuel Shatkin, Jr. and Dr. Todd Shatkin want to help keep people in our community and throughout the United States safe and healthy, especially this holiday season and in light of the highly infectious Omicron variant, by offering laboratory tested government approved N95 respirator masks to the community, that are approved to 99% filtration.
Our N95 respirators are made here in Buffalo, New York, and originally sold for $3.95. However, in light of the new Omicron variant, we wanted to do our part to help keep our community and its residents safe by making our NIOSH certified N95 respirators available to everyone at the wholesale price of only $1 per respirator. You can now purchase a box of 25 N95 respirators for only $25.
We felt it important to make our respirators available to the community at an extremely affordable price to help stop the spread of the coronavirus Omicron variant, especially during the holiday season when families and loved ones are getting together to celebrate.
Furthermore, we understand the importance of social distancing and have designated our breezeway to allow people to pick up their N95 respirators without even having to leave the comfort of their vehicle. You can now order online at www.shatkinmasks.com and pick them up locally at our office located at 2500 Kensington Avenue, Amherst, NY 14226. Once you arrive, simply call our office at someone will hand-deliver your order to your car, so you don’t even have to get out.
Pure Environments by Shatkin F.I.R.S.T.®, Inc. was started in 2020 when COVID 19 was advancing, and the solution was to wear masks. Dr. Todd Shatkin saw a need and made the investment to help keep our community, along with communities across the United States, safe and healthy! Made in America is important when dealing with the health of our country.
NIOSH Approval is issued only to a specific and complete respirator assembly after the N95 respirator has been evaluated in the laboratory and found to comply with all of the requirements of Title 42, of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 84, and after the manufacturer’s quality plan is determined to be satisfactory. The term “NIOSH approval” comes from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). For instance, a NIOSH-approved N95 boasts a 95% or greater efficiency rating, meaning that it blocks at least 95% of non-oil-based airborne particulates.
